We are looking for an office administrator to handle incoming calls and maintain relations with current clients/business partners. Communication over the phone, email and in-person must be superb and knowledge of organizational structure is essential.
- Must handle daily calls from clients, business partners, and have great knowledge of our products and services to put callers in the right direction
- Efficient processing and invoicing of sales transactions.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the correct products or services to solve the customer’s problem.
- Strong communication skills over the phone.
- Excellent customer service skills that ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proficient computer skills for invoicing and sales transactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
