Qualifications for higher pay rates:

• Previous successful experience in landscape maintenance
• Equipment operation experience; Project Management experience Horticultural knowledge, including plant identification
• Efficient and organized work habits
• CDL

Description:
Rexius' Bend location is seeking skilled Landscape Maintenance Lead for full-time, year-round positions. The successful candidate(s) will work in both residential and commercial environments. A successful lead will be responsible for daily paperwork on One Drive or Clip. This candidate will be in charge of having the job and day planned out with the manager as far as driving, equipment needs, materials etc. The lead is in charge of the project and the crew for that job.

Requirements:

• Valid Oregon driver's license
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superb customer service skills including active listening
• Awareness of the proper care, use, and maintenance of tools of the trade
• Compliance with company policies and procedures
• Observance and adherence to safety guidelines
• Punctuality and reliability
• Working well in a team environment
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Remaining curious and asking questions when needed
