Qualifications for higher pay rates:
- Previous successful experience in landscape construction and/or irrigation
- Equipment operation experience; project management experience; horticultural knowledge, including plant identification
- CDL License
Description:
Rexius’ Coburg division is seeking skilled construction and irrigation leads for full-time, year-round position. A successful candidate will work in both residential and commercial environments.
Daily Tasks:
- Complete tasks as directed by the Project Manager
- Provide timely and accurate daily worksheet
- Understand and execute, soil placement and grading, using appropriate equipment
- Install irrigation as per plan or as instructed by the project leader
- Proper plant handling, delivery, layout and installation as per plan or as instructed by the project leader
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superb customer service skills
- Awareness of the proper care, use, and maintenance of tools
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
