Pay: $22-$30/hr DOE.

Experience in construction, project coordination, or related administrative roles

Ability to support multiple active projects at once

Basic understanding of construction drawings and project documentation

Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms preferred

Comfortable using digital tools for tracking logs and documentation

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong communicator who works well with office and field teams

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Able to manage deadlines across multiple projects

Reliable, accountable, and professional

Valid driver’s license

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment

Experience supporting submittals, RFIs, or change documentation

Experience coordinating long-lead materials or site furnishings

Background in commercial landscape, civil, or site construction

Year-round, professional commercial projects

Strong internal support from Operations and Project leadership
