Pay: $22.00+ per hour

Description:

Rexius' Bend location is seeking a skilled Irrigation Service Technician for a year-round position. A successful candidate will provide an exceptional customer service experience for our clients as they perform irrigation maintenance service on existing systems and installation for major repairs, remodels, and upgrades on both commercial and residential properties. If called for an in person interview, all candidates will be asked to do a skills test.

 

Daily Tasks:

  • Effectively repair and service irrigation systems
  • Efficiently identify faults, troubleshoot and repair all components in an irrigation system
  • Work with water features and low voltage lighting maintenance and installation
  • Carry out irrigation start up, winterization and maintenance as required
  • Provide the best possible customer experience to our clients via clear communication and follow-through on the project
  • Communicate directly with clients

 Requirements:

  • 2 years of service experience is required
  • Employee must have valid Oregon Driver's License and be insurable with Rexius’ insurance carrier
  • Needs to be able to work alone, utilize proper time management, have good customer relation skills and be accountable for all aspects of safety in the work place
  • Must have the ability to become a Certified Back-Flow Tester and LIBDA licensed
  • It is necessary for the candidate to be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to walk a great amount of distance, if necessary
  • Candidate commits pay attention to details while completing assigned tasks from start to finish
  • It is imperative that the candidate have a passion for problem solving
